Stud and horse breeding management software

Your breeding register, always up to date.

The breeding register is compulsory, and it is always the thing you hunt for the night before an inspection. Equimondo keeps it on its own, from what you already write down day to day.

What gets stuck on a stud

Three things that eat your time, and cost you dear the day you go looking for them.

The register in a notebook

Arrivals, departures, care, inspections: it is all written down somewhere, rarely in the same place, and never in the order an inspector expects.

The paperwork for every horse

Registration number, breed, colour, date of birth: retyping them horse by horse takes hours, and one typo spreads everywhere.

The livery invoices to redo every month

Broodmares at grass, youngsters in work, horses kept for someone else: as many rates, and an invoice to redo every thirty days.

The register fills itself

You look after your horses. The register keeps up.

  • A compliant breeding registerHorses kept, arrivals and departures, care, health inspections, place of keeping: the five sections, kept up to date and exportable.
  • The record fills itself from the national registerYou enter the number, the rest arrives: name, breed, colour, sex, date of birth. No retyping, no typos.
  • Care and reminders, horse by horseVaccinations, worming, teeth, osteopath, farrier: every due date warns you before it falls, and feeds the register on the way.
  • Livery invoiced without a thoughtEvery horse has its rate and its frequency. The invoices go out on their own, the direct debit follows, and you chase nobody.
  • Every owner sees their own horseThe owner of a mare at livery checks her care and her invoices from their phone, without calling you.

The breeding register is free. For life.

Your questions as a breeder

It covers the five expected sections: the horses kept, arrivals and departures, care, health inspections and the place of keeping. It exports for presentation or filing.

No, and we would rather tell you straight away. A covering is noted like an appointment in the diary, with its reminder, but Equimondo does not follow scans, pregnancies or foalings. If that is the heart of your business, you will need a dedicated tool alongside.

As many as you have. The number of horses never enters the price: only your regular riders count, and a stud rarely has any.

Yes. The register exports, and so do the records and the invoices. Your data belongs to you, with no commitment and no exit conditions.
